I am a counselor for couples and adult individuals in Eagle County, Colorado.

The couples I help often seek out my help to address a lost connection, communication challenges, or a sense of imbalance in the relationship.  I arm couples with tools to talk and listen in a relational manner, which builds connection and intimacy.  Each member of the couple feels heard and empowered. 

 

The individuals I help often report feeling lost, un-grounded, lost in life, or otherwise discontent.  I help my clients connect with, discover, and create their path forward.  My clients regain and reclaim a healthy, strong and empowered sense of self.
