Telehealth

A valuable tool that enables collaboration, connection, and support while also maximizing flexibility and convenience

Remote

As a member of a small mountain town community, I understand one of the barriers to seeing a therapist is often the need for more privacy and confidentiality.  Whether you live in the Roaring Fork Valley in Aspen, Basalt, Carbondale, in Steamboat, or in a different mountain town, you may not want friends, family, or other members of your community knowing you are 'in therapy'.  You may not want to risk running into your therapist in the grocery, at your kid's school, or elsewhere in your daily life.  This is why I have started offering individual and couples therapy to members of other mountain towns - anonymity for my clients.

I also believe my experience living in a small resort mountain town means I am intimately familiar with some of the unique challenges that my remote clients face and can better serve and support remote clients.
